How do I create my team?
WoC is moving to Version 3 of our events system. This transition is for several reasons, but mostly, it is so that all records are now stored under your forum profile, no matter what events or ladders you enter.
All members will need to create their own clans and teams, so we have made this illustrated guide to help you. 1) Create Team: From the Events page, you will see a menu on the left, and the option you should start with is "Create Team" ![]() From here, you will have several options to fill in when creating your team.
2) Edit Team - Add a logo to your team profile Once you have created your team, you will be able to find it on the "Team list" and when you click on it, you will see your new clans profile. But it doesn't stop there. If you are a leader of the team, you will see additional greyed out options under your clan slogan, and you are looking for the "edit team" option. ![]() This page will look just like the "create team" page, but at the bottom you can add a team logo. This logo should be 150x150 pixels. Any bigger than this, and it will simply be resized by the server. 3) Invite members: Now that your team has been made, you can now start sharing the URL with your other clan members (post it on your clan website) and ask members to request to join the team. (ask them to give you their WoC user name as well, to make it easier to accept new requests) All new requests to join, MUST be validated by the creator of the team. This is to stop randoms joining your team. All pending requests will appear on your team profiles home page. 4) Promote members: CAUTION IS ADVISED Now that you have a roster of members, you may require that some members are able to accept and issue challenges, as well as accept other members into the team. On the roster, you will see your team, and all of their user names. You can promote members up, but you can NOT demote them. ![]() You have 2 levels of promotion that you can apply to your members, Leader and Co-Leader. A leader has full privileges, including removing members from the team. Please promote only members you can trust. You are now ready to join events, so good luck. ![]()

Re: How do I create my team?
You what?
there should be a team for each clan, and each clan already has members that should be signing up for it.

Re: How do I create my team?
There are already a lot of clans here with big rosters already, I agree that the smaller ones need extra players but there are more than enough clans here to have many more than 4 teams.
