Party Leader and cog dont always get host. If so everyone would quit out on locust team. It's random. Percentage of your team pulling host is increased with the bigger party. Also I tried the Cog host thing out by quitting on MM screen when i got locust. Then when I got cog the game was laggy as hell and then they quit out (I had a full team and none of us quit out)
