Re: dazzle platinum 10.8 dc 170 help
depends how you are capturing, are you using the component connection or s-video connection.
if i was you i would use something like filefront rather than youtube as the quality is awful on youtube and not worth putting it up there. also try to get a better video editor, something like sony vegas which in my opinion is the best out there. |

Re: dazzle platinum 10.8 dc 170 help
I have several videos on Youtube using the dazzle and the quality seems fine. In all fairness I have not yet applied any of my crack editing skills to the videos but they still have high quality on YouTube (after you select the "High Quality" option on YouTube)
I have one video with some minor edits: YouTube - [TRC] Test compression quality And to view my profile, anything after that video is all with the Dazzle(un-edited, just compressed): YouTube - ScottishSwan's Channel It all comes down to how you are capturing the movies, then how you compress them (I do hope you are compressing them after capture?) If you need Help, just let me know how you are capturing etc.

Re: dazzle platinum 10.8 dc 170 help
the best way to capture is using mpeg4 which can give you quite a large filesize the after you have edited etc encode the video to wmv which considerably reduces the filesize.
just remember to up the bit rate you capture in when you are doing it. |
