Forza Motorsport 3 is by far the best Racing game on Xbox 360 to date. With over 400 cars, 100 tracks, spectacular graphics and unlimited racing, this game will blow your mind away.
I happened to scoop up one of the limited collectors edition. Which is shipped with a 2GB USB stick, custom FM3 key-chain, Token for VIP membership in the Storefront/Auction house, and down loadable content. In the down loadable content you will find more tracks and a few more cars that are exclusive for limited collectors edition racers.
The down loadable content tracks, include the Benchmark High Speed Ring, which is located in Odessa, USA. In this track it has many different layouts, 16 in fact. Two of which are Drag strips, another new addition to the game. The Drag strips come with 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 mile drag layouts. With Drag racing, comes Drifting. Within each race you have the option to switch from the the lap timing to the drift point system. While Drifting you tally up many points in each turn and bend that all go to your total score. It can be tricky in ways, but once you get a setup that you like it will be a blast.
The game would not be Forza if it didn't include the Tuning and Paint, that has made this game known to every racing gamer that loves both. The Tuning is unlimited, from tuning the psi in your tires to tuning your Differential if you have one installed. If your not a tuner than they give an option to quick upgrade, which gives you an option to pick a class for your car and they upgrade it to sports racing parts. However if you want it race fit, you must upgrade it yourself. If your not a tuner and want a race tune or something better than that factory tune, then you can check out the Storefront (Xbox LIVE Gold Required) and purchase a tune with in game credits earned from racing.
Painting a car to your liking is always fun in a game like Forza and if your familiar with Forza Motorsport 2, then you will know that people can paint some crazy stuff on there cars. Just check out this picture below.

Halo 3: ODST Livery
There is no options for uploading images or modding to do this, it is pure skill with shapes that are provided in the livery paint editor in the game. Painters on Forza create anything from Replica race cars to Fantasy Liverys. All of which they can throw up on there in game Storefront or Auction house to sell to other racers.
Graphics
The graphics on Forza 3 are amazing! The lighting could be adjusted to your likings, but overall they are spot on and very detailed.
Sound
The sound is as if you were racing in real life.
Replay Value
The game is really worth the cost, it offers 6 Seasons of racing over the many tracks and even has a seperate event list with all the races available to race anytime. I can see myself still enjoying this game this time next year.
Value
I have yet to really see the whole point of VIP membership, which cost me an extra $20 with the LCE game, but they say many things will come out of this in the near future. We will see though. The game itself is worth the money alone, so I am not too worried.
Multiplayer
The multiplayer is fun in private matches, many gametypes like tag and drag racing keep me occupied for a long time with friends. The Multiplayer searching could be fixed though, it only gives you the option to search A , R1, R2 and R3 class car races and leaves out all the smaller classes. It also has the party lobby, which you can invite friends and join races without having to join and invite a friend, which is really helpful.
Overall
I really enjoy the game and I believe I will continue to love it for quite some time. If your a racing gamer then this is your game, Must Buy!
