Wingman Tournament Dispute Resolution

Last nights wingman tournament hit a few bumps in the road, and as the event has included several staff members from WoC and several clans, I am stepping in to clear up the issues surrounding the match.

In the absence of rules regarding rosters/staff members in Potlegs original settings, WoC shall revert to our community rules:

Rosters

All active players must be on your roster sheet on your clan profile here, before participating in any clan matches. It takes a matter of minutes to invite them into your clan, so please take advantage of this, by adding the players to your clan roster as soon as possible. If a team does not have enough players online by 15 minutes after the scheduled match time, the official rule is to play with an incomplete team.

Your team must have at least 3 players in the lobby, otherwise your clan will count as a No-Show (see below) The complete team may, but is not required to, amend this rule to their satisfaction (play with less players themselves or allow a sub from someone's friends list).

The incomplete team may forfeit the match, by not playing. Should they do this, they must report a 3-0 loss. Failing to report/confirm the results may see your clan penalised.

No Shows

Failing to show up at a scheduled match will result in a forfeit. Do NOT accept matches if you can not field a ready team. The absent team will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. The present team may wait any additional time they wish, but are not required to honour the match after the grace period expires. Report/dispute the match immediately, and please provide screenshots/video footage and then open a dispute ticket. This should be done as soon as possible after a no-show. The present team will be awarded a 3-0 default win.

Staff Members and disputes

WoC's staff are made up from users from clans, and as such we allow our staff to play in our gaming events. These rules will detail how to handle disputes with a staff team member clan.

Disputes regarding WoC's community staff will always be handled by a different member of the staffing team, or by the community admins. We trust our staffing to make the right choices, and if you do not trust the event leader to give an unbiased decision, please ask for another staff members point of view.

WoC's staff users are still subject to the disciplinary rules below.

As per our global rules above, the final shall be replayed with the original finalists (including the team that "forfeited" their spot due to lateness) and all teams shall be subject to playing with their original rostered players, including one sub.

If any of your players have been in the tournament at an earlier stage and already knocked out, they may not participate in the final.

This re-match shall be hosted by "Pelega WoC" around 7pm tonight.

Lets keep this on the intented topic to inform people of the time of the replay, not to cause any problems or take shots at each other.
It isnt possible to please everyone retz with the time it is a friday night afterall so if it was any later im sure there would be more people not able to show up.

lol thats rich coming from vxr last night. they were told and asked if the other team was load in and they agreed, then they lose and cry about it. and final gets replayed so am just asking for the same as them so don t call me loser!!! ...lol at chunky noob....sorry its babe nah stick with noob
